My Sell Order Has Been Cancelled, What Can I Do?

Your sell order may have been canceled for one or more of the following reasons: 

• The Bitcoin arrived too late, Bitcoin must arrive within the timeframe of the order.
• You did not transfer any Bitcoin. If this happens, simply email our support with the transaction reference number, proof of deposit, and your bank account details so that we can take a look at your order.
