How can I activate the 2Fa Authenticator

2-Step Verification provides stronger security for your NairaEx Account by requiring a second step of verification when you sign in or make a withdrawal. 

In addition to your password, you’ll also need a code generated by the Google Authenticator app on your phone. 

You can activate the Two Factor Authentication in your NairaEx account by going to your Profile.

• Step 1. Go to your account dashboard and click on settings

• Step 2: Scroll down, go to Security and activate the two-factor authenticator

• Step 3: Download Google Authenticator on the Google Play Store/ iOS store.

• Step 4: Scan the barcode or enter the Google 2fa secret code on your NairaEx Two-factor authentication page to your Google Authenticator app

• Step 5: Enter the six (6) digit code from Google Authenticator on the NairaEx confirmation to complete the process. Please be informed that the code changes every few seconds so there is no need to save or memorize it.
