Hard time login

Hello NairaEx what's going on, i have been unable to Access my acc for three days now, what's the problem sir/ma? Can y'all just fix this?
i mean we didn't even get any email from y'all about anything. 
And i have been trying to reset my pass, they keep saying link has been sent to my email till now i am not seeing anything on my email, it been 3 days now, what's going on?
pls help me get back to my acc. Atleast i have been doing business with y'all for some while now.. pls Thank you NairaEx.
